High School Classes

Teen (High School) Drama/Improv

Tuesday 3:00-4:00

Welcome to the exhilarating world of high school drama and improv! In this class, students will cultivate their creativity, confidence, and communication skills through a variety of engaging activities and exercises. Through the art of improvisation, students will learn to think on their feet, collaborate with their peers, and unleash their inner performer. From dramatic scenes to hilarious improv games, this class offers a unique and exciting opportunity for students to explore the dramatic arts in a supportive and lively environment as we explore the full range of human emotions.   Join us as we laugh, learn, and unleash our inner actors in this dynamic and fun-filled class!  No previous experience required.

Teen Musical Theatre

Tuesday 4:00-5:00

Whether you're a seasoned performer or brand new to musical theatre, this class is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your singing, dancing, and acting skills while developing meaningful connections with fellow performers. In this class, students will work on honing their vocal technique, creating storytelling through dance, and mastering the art of acting through song. From classic show tunes to modern Broadway hits, students will have the chance to explore a variety of musical styles and genres.This class focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and creativity. Students will collaborate with classmates on group numbers, develop characters for solos, and receive constructive feedback from the instructor to help them reach their full potential as performers.  No previous experience required.

Teen Vocal 

5:00-6:00

This class focuses on building vocal skills for the stage.  Students will learn to create and hold harmonies as they focus on vocal placement and tone.  Students will have the opportunity to work on their belts, mixes and head tones through one on one instruction.  One of our primary goals will be to convey depth of emotion through song and creating believable moments.  No previous experience required.

Boys Only Dance 

Monday • 6:30–7:30 PM
Grades: 6–12 (11-19) 

A high-energy class designed specifically for boys. Taught by Brennan Freeman, this class builds strength, confidence, coordination, and performance quality through hip hop, jazz, musical theatre, and commercial movement. Fast-paced, athletic, and fun in a supportive environment.

Dress Code: Tight-fitting dancewear / athletic wear + Black Tap and Black Jazz (nude turners also allowed for class, but recital will use black Jazz)

Advanced Tap & Jazz ( Adv. Triple Threat) 

Monday • 7:30–8:30 PM
Grades: Grades 8–12 (13-19) 

A high-level Broadway-style training class focusing on advanced tap and jazz technique. Dancers work on precision, musicality, performance quality, and challenging combinations inspired by musical theatre and commercial choreography. Designed for experienced dancers with 6+ years of training.

Dress Code: Leotard + Black Footless Tights, Tap & Jazz Shoes

Adult Fitness

Tuesday • 6:00–7:00 PM Or Monday 7:30-8:30 (15-99)
Adults

A fun, full-body workout class combining cardio, strength, flexibility, and movement. Designed for all fitness levels in a positive, welcoming environment.

Dress Code: Comfortable workout attire

Advanced Hip Hop

Tuesday • 7:15–8:15 PM
Grades: 8 & Up

A high-intensity hip hop class with new choreography weekly. Focus includes advanced musicality, style, stamina, precision, and performance quality. Fast-paced, energetic, and designed for experienced dancers.

Dress Code: Athletic dancewear + Clean sneakers

Adult Fitness

Tuesday • 6:00-7:00 PM
Fan Favorite! Learn hip hop fundamentals in a fast-paced, high-energy hip hop class with a new combination each week. Dancers build coordination, musicality, strength, confidence, and memorization skills while learning diverse hip hop styles in a fun and engaging environment.

Dress Code: Athletic Dancewear ( can be baggy for this class only!) Sneakers that are clean on the bottom ( to protect the floor!)

Advanced Acro

Wednesday • 3:00–4:00 PM
All Ages (Placement Required) (6-18) 

Advanced tumbling class for skilled acro dancers working on walkovers, back handsprings, aerials, and advanced progressions. Focus on strength, flexibility, control, and safe technique.

Dress Code: Leotard + Black Footless Tights

Intermediate Acro II 

Wednesday • 5:00–6:00 PM
Grades: 6–12 (11-18) 

Progressive acro training for older students focusing on strength, flexibility, walkovers, handsprings, and connecting skills. Emphasis on control, safety, and proper technique.

Dress Code: Leotard + Black Footless Tights

Advanced Ballet 

Wednesday • 4:00–5:00 PM
Grades: 9–12 (14-18) 

High-level ballet training focused on strength, technique, progressions, and movement quality for advanced dancers.

Dress Code: Leotard + Black Footless Tights, Pink Canvas Ballet Shoes - Small Ballet Skirt Can be worn

Thursday • 3:30–4:15 PM
Ages: 9–18 

Advanced strength training for dancers focusing on core stability, alignment, injury prevention, flexibility, and athletic performance.

Dress Code: Dancewear

Jumps, Turns and Technique Advanced 

Thursday • 4:15–5:00 PM
Ages: 9–18

Advanced jazz technique class focusing on turns, leaps, jumps, flexibility, and performance execution at a pre-professional level.

Dress Code: Dancewear

Thursday • 6:30–8:00 PM
Grades: 9–12

Pre-professional training in multiple styles with strength, technique, choreography, and audition preparation for GSA, college, and dance team auditions.

Dress Code: Leotard + Black Footless Tights, Or Dance Bra with Trunks and Black footless tights

Saturday • 10:00–10:45 AM
Grades: 8 Grade + Up 

Beginner-to-advanced pointe training focusing on strength, alignment, balance, and classical ballet technique. Requires fitting and approval.

9:00-10:00 AM

All Levels (Advanced Track Recommended)

Strength and conditioning class designed to improve flexibility, endurance, core strength, and injury prevention for dancers.

Dress Code: Dancewear

**Will need two yoga blocks, heavy resistance band, 5 pound weights
