2026–2027 Tuition & Policies

Tuition Policies

Tuition is charged per student and is based on the total amount of class time taken each week. Tuition rates are monthly.

Family Discount
We are pleased to offer a 50% sibling discount for families with multiple enrolled students.

Annual Tuition Structure
Tuition is based on the total number of instructional weeks in our season (August–May) and is divided into equal monthly installments. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes held in a particular month.

The first tuition payment is due August 1. Students enrolling after the season begins will have tuition prorated based on their enrollment date.

Monthly Payments

• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

• A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept securely on file.

• Accounts with an unpaid balance after the 10th of the month will be automatically charged to the card on file on the 11th.

• A 5% late fee will be added to all balances not paid by the 11th.

Attendance & Tuition

• Tuition is due regardless of student attendance.

• Missed classes are non-refundable.

• Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays, studio closings, or inclement weather.

• Students who enroll after the start of the season will receive prorated tuition for their first month only.

Checks should be made payable to MainStage Performing Arts Center & Theatre.

Accounts more than 20 days past due may result in class suspension. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be removed from the schedule, and class placement may be forfeited.

Make-Up Class Policy

We understand that illnesses and unavoidable conflicts happen.

• Make-up classes are available September through February. 

• Students may attend another class of the same age and ability level (or lower), provided space is available.

• Please notify the studio in advance if your child will be absent and contact us to arrange a make-up class.

Beginning in February, make-up classes are no longer offered due to recital preparation and choreography.

Make-up classes are not available for:

• Holidays

• Studio closures

• Inclement weather

Withdrawal Policy

Enrollment at MainStage is intended for the full season, allowing every student the opportunity to grow and perform in our annual recital.

If circumstances require withdrawal:

• Written notice must be submitted before the 20th of the month prior to your next billing cycle.

• Students will remain enrolled through the end of their current paid month.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed retroactively.

• Any recital or costume fees previously paid are non-refundable, as those expenses are committed well in advance.

Registration Fee

A $60 annual registration fee is due upon enrollment for each student. $20 discount for 2nd $40 discount for 3rd sibling.  

Registration fees are non-refundable.

If you choose to pay for your SEMESTER IN FULL- you will receive at 5% discount. *

If you choose to pay for your YEAR IN FULL- you will receive a 10% discount. *

*Payments made in full are non-refundable and due by August 10th.
